Free Driving Assessment:
Once you've completed your medical and passed your theory tests, we'll invite you to our Cotes Heath training centre for a free driving assessment as part of our D1 licence training program. This allows your instructor to evaluate your current driving ability and recommend the most suitable course length for minibus training, ensuring your driver training in the UK is personalised and giving you the best possible chance of passing your practical test on your first attempt.
Minibus (Category D1)
Our D1 licence training courses typically range from 8–20 hours of practical training, depending on your previous driving experience, confidence, and driving assessment.
Practical Driving Test
Your practical driving test will usually take place on the final day of your minibus training course, typically on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
Tests begin directly from our training centre in Cotes Heath, allowing you to undergo your driver training in the UK and test from the same familiar location.
Training is delivered in 4-hour driving sessions throughout the week.
